Jumbo pasta shells filled with chicken and Alfredo sauce, baked until bubbly. It's a high calorie chicken dinner that combines two comfort foods into one dish.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
Cook the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of boiling salted water until just al dente (about 9 minutes). Drain well and let cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until evenly mixed.
Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Carefully stuff each shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and arrange them seam-side up in the dish.
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the filled shells, sprinkle with Parmesan and the remaining mozzarella, cover loosely with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
