Decadent seven-layer bars stacked with graham crackers, chocolate, coconut, and condensed milk are a sweet, family-favorite treat. These no-fuss bars practically make themselves in the oven.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, allowing edges to hang for easy removal.
Melt the unsalted butter and pour it evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the butter, then press lightly to create an even base layer.
Evenly sprinkle the salt and half of the sweetened flaked coconut over the graham base. Follow by scattering the semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly across the pan.
Add the chopped walnuts, then the remaining coconut on top, gently pressing each layer to ensure stability and even distribution.
Slowly pour the sweetened condensed milk over the entire surface, ensuring every layer is moistened but not flooded. Bake on the center rack for 25–28 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Cool completely in the pan so the bars set. Use the parchment or foil edges to lift out, then cut into bars with a sharp knife.
