Tender chicken breast glazed in a sticky honey garlic sauce makes a quick, high protein weeknight meal. This clean eats favorite is perfect for families and works well with steamed vegetables or rice.
Pat chicken breasts dry and evenly coat with salt, pepper, and flour for a light crust.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Add chicken breasts and sear 4 minutes per side until golden.
Lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute around the chicken, stirring often to prevent burning.
Pour honey and soy sauce into the pan, turning the chicken to coat. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and stick as you baste.
Remove from heat when chicken reaches 165°F. Rest for 2 minutes before slicing. Serve glazed chicken with pan sauce spooned over top.
