Ham and Swiss casserole layers diced ham, Swiss cheese, and a creamy sauce for a quick family dinner. This protein-rich dish is perfect for using leftover ham and comes together with minimal effort.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until just al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
Fold in the diced ham, 1 1/2 cups of Swiss cheese, and the drained noodles, stirring to coat everything evenly.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered on the center rack for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbling and golden around the edges. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving for easy slicing and best texture.
