The viral Fix Dessert Chocolatier Dubai chocolate bar filled with crunchy kadayif (kunafa) pastry and smooth pistachio cream — the $20 luxury candy bar that broke TikTok and is still going viral in 2026.
Melt 2 tbsp unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup dry kadayif pastry and toast, stirring often, until golden and crispy, about 5-6 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp powdered sugar for extra crunch and let it cool completely.
Melt 1.5 cups milk chocolate chips in a microwave (30 seconds at a time, stirring in between) or over a double boiler until smooth and pourable.
Line 4 chocolate bar molds (or mini loaf pans) with half the melted chocolate, tilting to coat sides and base. Chill molds in the fridge for 5 minutes until set. Viral tip: Use a clear mold if possible to show off the chocolate layers on camera!
Once the shells are set, spread a generous layer of pistachio cream (about 2 tbsp per bar) into each. Press toasted kadayif pastry on top, packing tightly for a crunchy central layer.
Pour remaining melted chocolate over the fillings, sealing the bars fully. Smooth the tops and gently tap molds to remove air bubbles. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until completely set. Unmold and snap to reveal the green and gold layers!
