The triple-decker club sandwich, deconstructed into lettuce wraps. Same turkey, bacon, and tomato layers — just minus the bread and carbs.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 6–8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel and let cool slightly.
Carefully wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves to keep them firm and able to hold the filling.
Slice the tomato into thin, even rounds and the avocado into even slices. Set all components within easy reach.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until well blended.
Lay out three lettuce leaves per wrap, slightly overlapping. Spread a thin layer of the mayo-mustard mixture on each.
Layer turkey slices, then bacon, then tomato and avocado on top of the lettuce. Roll up tightly from the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go.
Secure each wrap with a toothpick if desired. Serve immediately while the lettuce is crisp.
