A big bowl of air-popped popcorn with sea salt. Low calorie snacking that gives you volume — you can eat a lot without doing much damage.
Preheat your air popper for 1–2 minutes according to the manufacturer's instructions to ensure even popping and quick heat transfer.
Pour 0.5 cup of popcorn kernels into the air popper's chamber, being careful not to overfill beyond the indicated line.
Place a large bowl beneath the air popper chute to catch all popped corn and start the machine immediately after loading the kernels.
Allow the popcorn to pop fully — about 3–5 minutes — and do not open or tilt the popper during operation to prevent unpopped kernels or burns.
Once popping slows to a few seconds between pops, turn off the popper; immediately season the hot popcorn by evenly sprinkling 0.5 tsp of sea salt while gently tossing in the bowl to coat.
