A simple one-pan dish. Olive oil has high calories, so the intake amount (3 tablespoons) is listed instead of the cooking amount (6 tablespoons).
Finely chop 5 cloves of garlic. (Or prepare 2 tablespoons of minced garlic)
Add 6 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the minced garlic and sauté over low heat. (Be careful not to burn it!)
Break and add peperoncino, and stir-fry together. (If unavailable, substitute with chili powder)
Once fragrant, add 400ml of water to the oil and stir in 1/3 tablespoon of chicken stock. (If unavailable, use 1 tablespoon of anchovy fish sauce (substitute with kanari fish sauce) and half a tablespoon of oyster sauce.)
When the water starts boiling, add 8 washed frozen shrimp and spaghetti noodles.
Wait for the sauce to reduce until you can see the bottom of the pan when you lift the noodles. (About 10 minutes)
After turning off the gas, mix well so that the starch from the noodles, water, and olive oil combine into a thick sauce.
