Add strong flour and salt, then knead the dough.
Let the dough rise at room temperature for the first fermentation.
Punch the dough to release the gas, then add blueberries and mix.
Divide the dough into appropriate portions and shape them.
Place on a baking pan and let it proof for the second fermentation.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
