You can substitute chicken tenderloin with bacon or other meats. Instead of tomato puree, you can use ketchup + sriracha.
Cover frozen sweet pumpkin with plastic wrap, poke holes, and microwave for 4 minutes.
Add oil to a pan, stir-fry chicken tenderloin and finely chopped onion. Cut chicken into smaller pieces and season with black pepper.
While step 2 is cooking, transfer the microwaved pumpkin to a gratin dish, mash it, add 3T allulose, and mix well.
Add tomato puree, 0.5T chicken stock, black pepper, and chopped mushrooms into the pan and sauté.
Pour all the sautéed ingredients over the mashed pumpkin in the gratin dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
