If you're going to sprinkle seaweed flakes, add them when you put in the perilla leaves.
Mix 0.6T gochujang, 0.5T ssamjang, 0.3T curry powder, 0.4T soy sauce, 0.3T chicken stock, 1.8T allulose, 1T minced garlic, 0.7T chili powder, and pepper.
Marinate chicken tenderloin with all the sauce for 10 minutes, then stir-fry in an oiled pan with finely chopped green onion. Cut up the chicken while cooking.
Add 5T water, finely chopped cabbage, and rice. Stir while pressing the rice down over high heat.
Add chopped perilla leaves and 0.3T oyster sauce, mix well, then add cheese and stir-fry to make a crispy bottom. Done!
