Wash the young radish greens gently in cold water after removing the root parts, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Add half a teaspoon of salt to boiling water and blanch the cut radish greens for about 2 minutes.
Rinse the blanched greens in cold water and gently squeeze out the excess water. Don't squeeze too hard to preserve the texture and appearance.
Mix doenjang (soybean paste), sesame oil, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, plum extract, and toasted sesame seeds to make the seasoning sauce.
Gently toss the greens with the seasoning sauce, adding a little at a time, until well mixed. Enjoy!
