You can substitute chicken breast with bacon or other meat. For tomato puree, you can use ketchup + sriracha.
Wrap frozen sweet pumpkin with plastic wrap, poke holes, and microwave for 4 minutes.
Add oil to a pan, sauté chicken breast and finely chopped onion, cut the chicken into pieces, and season with pepper.
While doing step 2, remove the sweet pumpkin from the microwave, transfer to a gratin dish, mash it, then mix in 3T allulose and 2T Almond Breeze.
Add tomato puree, 0.5T chicken stock, 0.5T minced garlic, 1T allulose, pepper, and chopped mushrooms to the pan and sauté.
Pour the sautéed mixture over the pumpkin in the gratin dish, top with cheese, and air-fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
