Cooking steps
  1. 1

Cut the boiled dried radish greens into bite-sized lengths (about 5–6cm), squeeze out excess water, and set aside.

  2. 2

Add perilla oil to a pan, sauté minced garlic over medium-low heat for aroma, then add the dried radish greens and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

  3. 3

Dissolve doenjang (soybean paste) and Korean soy sauce for soup in 50ml of water, pour it into the pan, and stir-fry together with the greens for another 5 minutes over medium-low heat. → As water evaporates, the flavors of doenjang and greens blend well.

  4. 4

When the liquid is almost gone, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds lightly to finish!
