Be sure to thaw the meat in advance! Stir-frying with additional cabbage or kimchi also makes it delicious! Try adding a small amount of curry powder for a twist.
Heat a pan, add olive oil, then sauté 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
Add pork shoulder and stir-fry with 0.8 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1.5 tablespoons allulose, 0.4 tablespoon black pepper, and 0.6 tablespoon oyster sauce.
Pour 0.8 tablespoon of soy sauce along the edge of the pan and let it bubble and caramelize slightly, then mix together with the meat over medium heat.
When the pork is about halfway cooked, add onion and green onion, then 0.7 tablespoon gochujang, 1 tablespoon chili powder, and 2 tablespoons water. Stir-fry together over medium heat. Skip the water if you prefer a drier stir-fry.
Finally, turn to high heat, stir-fry a bit more, and finish your dish.
