You can substitute the chicken tenderloin with bacon or other meats. Instead of tomato puree, you can use ketchup and sriracha.
Cover the frozen pumpkin with plastic wrap, poke holes, and microwave for 4 minutes.
Add oil to a pan, stir-fry chicken tenderloin and finely chopped onions, then cut the chicken into pieces and add pepper.
While doing step 2, transfer the microwaved pumpkin to a gratin dish, mash it, and mix in 3 tablespoons allulose and 2 tablespoons almond breeze.
Add tomato puree, 0.5 tablespoons chicken stock, 0.5 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon allulose, pepper, and sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour all the stir-fried mixture over the mashed pumpkin in the dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
