Cooking steps
  1. 1

Beat the eggs and mix them with the konjac rice. (This helps remove the unique smell of konjac rice.)

  2. 2

Chop the green onion, onion, and garlic into bite-sized pieces. (You can use minced garlic, but chop it if you prefer a chunkier texture.)

  3. 3

Add 0kcal oil to a pan and stir-fry the vegetables.

  4. 4

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the beef.

  5. 5

Stir-fry the beef a bit, then add the konjac rice and stir-fry together.

  6. 6

Add just a little bit of soy sauce and tuna sauce to help remove the konjac smell. (Be careful not to add too much, or it'll be too salty!)

  7. 7

Finally, add the bean sprouts and finish stir-frying. Done!
