Cooking steps
  1. 1

Beat the egg into the konjac rice and mix well. (This helps mask the unique smell of konjac rice.)

  2. 2

Slice green onion, onion, and garlic into bite-sized pieces. (Minced garlic is fine, but if you prefer texture, slice them.)

  3. 3

Add 0-calorie oil to a pan and stir-fry the vegetables.

  4. 4

Once the vegetables are cooked, add beef.

  5. 5

Stir-fry the beef until almost cooked, then add the konjac rice and stir-fry together.

  6. 6

Add just a little soy sauce and tuna sauce to help remove the konjac smell. (Be careful not to add too much or it will be too salty!)

  7. 7

Finally, add bean sprouts and stir-fry until done!
