Cooking steps
  1. 1

Beat the eggs and mix them with the konjac rice. (This helps get rid of the unique smell of konjac rice.)

  2. 2

Slice green onion, onion, and garlic into bite-size pieces. (Minced garlic works too, but slice it if you prefer some texture.)

  3. 3

Add 0kcal oil to a pan and stir-fry the vegetables.

  4. 4

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the beef.

  5. 5

After lightly stir-frying the beef, add the konjac rice and continue to stir-fry together.

  6. 6

Add just a little soy sauce and tuna extract to reduce the konjac smell. (Be careful not to add too much as it can become salty!)

  7. 7

Finally, add bean sprouts and stir-fry until done!
