  • Perilla Oil 20 g
  • Apple Vinegar 15 g
  • Soy Sauce 22 g

Cooking steps

    Cut 1 cucumber into bite-sized pieces. (Remove the seeds slightly if you prefer. If you like the seeds, you can leave them as is.)

    Mince 1~3 cloves of garlic. If you like texture, chop them coarsely.

    Put sprouted brown rice konjac rice in a bowl. (If konjac is hard to digest, you can use multigrain rice or white rice instead.)

    Place the chopped cucumber on top of the rice, then tear up 2 sheets of unsalted seaweed (gim) and add them. Add chicken breast on top of everything.
