Cooking steps
  1. 1

Cut one cucumber into bite-sized pieces. (Remove the seeds slightly. If you like the seeds, you can leave them as is.)

  2. 2

Finely chop 1 to 3 cloves of garlic. If you prefer a crunchier texture, chop them a bit coarser.

  3. 3

Dice the chicken breast into small pieces.

  4. 4

Place germinated brown rice with konjac into a bowl. (If konjac is difficult to digest, you can use multigrain or white rice instead.)

  5. 5

Place the chopped cucumber on top of the rice, then tear 2 sheets of unseasoned seaweed and add on top. Then add the chicken breast.

  6. 6

Mix the seasoning ingredients to make the sauce. Adding natto will make it even tastier!

  7. 7

Pour the sauce over everything in the bowl and you're done!
