Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, and oligosaccharide syrup.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients together until just combined.
Chop dark chocolate into small pieces and fold into the dough.
Roll the dough out on a board to a thickness of 2cm and cut into triangles.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the surface with milk.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.
Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool.
