Boil an appropriate amount of water.
While the water is boiling, mix drained canned tuna with rice and furikake.
Beat the egg in advance as well.
Once the water is boiling, add the cabbage leaves.
When the cabbage becomes soft, rinse it with cold water and shake off excess water.
Lay out a cabbage leaf, put a suitable amount of rice mixture on top, wrap it once, fold the edges in, and roll it tightly so the filling doesn’t come out. If the cabbage leaf is too small, use two overlapping leaves.
Coat the wraps with the beaten egg.
Heat a frying pan over very low heat, coat lightly with olive oil, and place the wraps in the pan.
Cook the bottom side first until it’s golden and crispy, then cook the other side.
Place on a plate and enjoy with sweet chili sauce 🎀
