Kimchi Stew Ramen recipe, perfect for when you're craving a spicy and hot broth. It's great for a quick and satisfying meal!
Add 0.5 tablespoon of cooking oil to a pot and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until the fat is rendered.
Once the surface of the meat is cooked, add sour kimchi and 0.5 teaspoon sugar. Sauté until the kimchi becomes translucent to balance the sweet and sour flavors.
Add 1 tablespoon of Korean chili powder and 0.5 tablespoon of minced garlic. Stir-fry over low heat for another 1 minute, being careful not to burn, to bring out the chili oil flavor.
Pour in 550ml of water and the ramen soup powder. Turn the heat to high and wait until the broth starts to boil.
Once boiling, add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes. Lift the noodles out of the water in the middle to make them even chewier.
Add green onion 1 minute before finishing, give it a final boil, then serve.
