If you have the ingredients, you can whip this up in 5 minutes on a busy day.
Pour hot water (2 paper cups) into a bowl, steep a green tea bag for 3 minutes, then add half a spoon each of soy sauce and anchovy extract, and mix well.
Add olive oil to a pan and grill 2 pieces of pollack roe.
If you don't have furikake, just sprinkle some sesame seeds and seaweed flakes over brown rice.
Place the grilled pollack roe on top of the rice, garnish with chopped scallions, and you're done!
