Great as a rice bowl or side dish. Except for the cooking wine, all sauces are low-sugar.
Cut the thinly sliced pork neck into bite-sized pieces and cook with 1/2 spoon of minced garlic.
Slice 1/2 onion and green onion into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry well.
When well stir-fried, separate egg yolks from whites and cook only the whites.
Make the sauce and simmer to your desired taste.
Place on top of the rice, drizzle with sesame oil, and mix in the yolk before eating.
