Black soybean almond soy milk made with a soy milk maker
Rinse the black soybeans thoroughly and soak them for at least 6 hours.
Boil the soaked black soybeans in boiling water for 10 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Soak almonds in hot water for 10 minutes, then remove the skins.
Blend the boiled black soybeans, almonds, and water in a blender until smooth.
Strain the blended mixture through a cloth to collect only the liquid.
Pour the strained soy milk into a pot and heat over low heat for 5–10 minutes, stirring continuously.
