Cut the cabbage and mushrooms into easy-to-eat sizes.
Beat the eggs and set aside.
Add cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry the chicken tenderloin first.
When the chicken is half-cooked, add the cabbage and mushrooms and continue stir-frying.
Once the ingredients are mostly cooked, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
