Boil 800ml of water.
When the water is fully boiling, turn off the heat and add the raw chicken breast. Remove it after 15 minutes.
Add half a spoon of chicken stock to the water used for the chicken and bring to a boil.
Once the broth is boiling, add the pasta and cook for 9 minutes.
Drain the cooked pasta, drizzle with olive oil, mix well, and set aside.
Add one pepperoncino to the broth and reduce to your desired consistency.
Depending on your taste, add more pepperoncino or a quarter spoon of chicken stock.
Place the pasta on a plate and pour the reduced broth over it.
Slice the chicken breast thinly and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper to taste.
Place the chicken breast on top of the pasta and finish with a sprinkle of parsley flakes.
