Cut the kkakdugi and pork neck into bite-sized pieces.
Scoop large chunks of soft tofu with a spoon and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a pot and sauté the pork neck.
When the pork is halfway cooked, add the kkakdugi and continue to sauté.
Add gochugaru (Korean chili powder) and minced garlic, stirring to season.
Pour in water and bring to a boil.
When it starts boiling, add the soft tofu.
Season with soy sauce and salt to taste.
Add green onions and chili peppers, and let it simmer briefly.
