Cut the pork into slices about 1.5cm thick and score with a knife.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Coat the pork sequentially with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
Pour enough cooking oil into a pan and heat to 170°C.
Fry the breaded pork cutlet for 5-7 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Drain the oil and slice into bite-sized pieces.
