Sauce ratio (all 1T) Sugar : Soy Sauce : Sesame Oil : Mayonnaise
Cut 1 cup of kimchi with scissors.
Place the kimchi in a bowl, cut it with scissors, and add 1T sugar, 1T chili powder (optional), 1T dark soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, and 1T mayonnaise. Mix well.
Place the seasoned kimchi on an oiled pan and stir-fry, then flatten it out like making kimchi pancake.
Repeat the process of stir-frying and pressing the kimchi two to three times until it gets golden and crispy like pan-fried kimchi. Then, add half a bowl of rice (original recipe uses two bowls) and mix well.
Optional: fried egg, roasted sesame seeds, seaweed flakes, chili powder (for extra spice), meat (should be cut together with kimchi).
