Add 300g of rice, 360ml of water, 4 tablespoons of Tsuyu sauce, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. (The ratio of rice to water should be 1:1.2)
Let the seasoned rice soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cook as much pork as you like in a pot over medium-low heat without oil, breaking it into bite-sized pieces with a spoon as it cooks.
Once the pork is cooked, add the rice and seasoning liquid and increase the heat to high.
When the center begins to boil and you see occasional wisps of steam, reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes.
After the time is up, move the pot off the heat without opening the lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After resting, top with chopped green onions, mix well, and enjoy.
