50 parts mixed grains + 20 parts red beans
Rinse the red beans thoroughly and soak them in water for at least 3 hours.
Drain the soaked red beans, put them in a pot, bring to a boil, discard the water, add fresh water, and boil for another 10–15 minutes.
Rinse the mixed grains (such as glutinous rice, brown rice, barley, etc.) and soak them in water for 1 hour.
Combine the rice, soaked mixed grains, and boiled red beans together.
Add an appropriate amount of water, put everything into a rice cooker, and cook.
