Slightly melt peanut butter in the microwave to make it runny.
In a bowl, combine unsweetened peanut butter (90g) and 2 tablespoons of allulose (30ml). Mix well until the dough becomes thick.
Roll the dough into balls, place them on parchment paper, and press down with a fork to shape them into cookies (use the # pattern).
Bake in the air fryer at 140°C for 5–7 minutes. Let them cool slightly, then flip and bake for another 3–4 minutes. Since these cookies burn easily, it's best to bake at a low temperature. (Baking time may vary depending on air fryer power.)
Cool for at least 30 minutes, and they're ready!
