Preheat and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Combine the measured flour, water, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl and knead the dough.
Let the dough rise for about 1 hour (first proof).
Divide the risen dough into single-serving portions, shape them into circles, and poke a hole in the middle to form a donut shape.
Let the shaped dough rise again for 20 minutes (second proof).
Bring water and a little sugar to a boil in a pot.
Blanch each piece of dough in the boiling water for about 1 minute on each side.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
