Add the pork and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add chili oil and doubanjiang, then stir-fry together.
Add the tofu and gently mix to combine.
Pour in water, chicken stock, and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.
Add potato starch water to adjust the thickness.
Finish by sprinkling Sichuan pepper powder on top.
