Continue to fry until the brown rice puffs up and pops.
In a pot, combine oligosaccharide syrup, sugar, and water, and simmer to make syrup.
Add a pinch of salt to the syrup, then quickly mix in the toasted brown rice.
Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper, spread it flat, and let it cool.
Cut into bite-sized pieces to finish.
