Add salt and yeast to the whole wheat flour, then pour in warm water and mix with a spatula. The dough should not be too thick—just enough to come together with a bit of dry flour still visible.
Add oil.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes, then fold it over in both directions.
Let it rise for another hour, folding it over in both directions again.
Roll the dough out wide, fold it neatly, place it into a bread pan, and let it rise until the dough has puffed up halfway (about 1 hour and 30 minutes expected).
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C, then bake for 25-30 minutes (coach to check).
