Is it enough for 3 people if each serving is 50g?
Remove the stems from the shishito peppers, wash thoroughly, and pat dry. (If they're large, cut them in half for best results.)
If you want a milder taste and softer texture, blanch the peppers in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 10 seconds, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. (Tip: Don't blanch too long to keep the crunch!)
In a bowl, gently mix the peppers with soy sauce for soup, minced garlic, and perilla oil, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Let it rest in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let the flavors soak in and enhance the umami!
