A low-fat, high-protein meat side dish with a spicy kick. Tastes similar to spicy pork stir-fry.
Add 1 teaspoon lard oil into a pan, then stir-fry sliced green onions to make green onion oil.
Once the green onions turn lightly golden, add 120g pork neck slices and 1 tablespoon minced garlic, then stir-fry until the meat is about 70% cooked.
When the meat is nearly cooked, add 1 sliced onion and stir-fry until the onion is lightly softened.
Add 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, then stir-fry until the onion turns translucent.
Cover with a lid for a juicier texture.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle chopped scallions or sesame seeds on top to finish-☆
