1. Mash a handful of tofu, add 2 eggs, 2 pinches of salt, and 3 tablespoons of water (finely chopped onion optional). 2. Cover with a lid and microwave for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another 2 minutes. 3. Sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Remove moisture from the tofu with a paper towel, then mash it finely.
Beat the eggs and mix well with the mashed tofu.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the mixture in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and poke holes with chopsticks.
Microwave (700W) for 3-4 minutes until set.
Mix soy sauce, water, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chopped green onion to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the cooked steamed tofu egg.
