Soak the beef bones in cold water for at least 2 hours to remove blood.
After draining the blood, blanch the beef bones in boiling water for 5 minutes and discard the water.
Wash the bones thoroughly and place them in a large pot. Add plenty of water.
Once boiling on high heat, reduce to medium-low and simmer for 6–12 hours.
Skim off any foam and impurities that appear while simmering.
Strain the finished broth through a sieve to make it clear.
