Rinse the dried soybeans thoroughly.
Soak the soybeans in water for 8–12 hours.
Drain and place the soaked beans into a blender, then blend them finely with water.
Strain the blended soybean mixture through a cloth or nut milk bag to separate the soy milk from the pulp.
Pour the filtered soy milk into a pot and bring to a boil.
Once it starts boiling, reduce to medium heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow the finished soy milk to cool, then store it in a container.
