Cooking steps
  1. 1

Crack eggs into the konjac rice and mix well. (This helps remove the unique konjac rice smell.)

  2. 2

Slice green onion, onion, and garlic into bite-sized pieces. (Minced garlic works too, but slice it if you prefer a chunkier texture.)

  3. 3

Add zero-calorie oil to a pan and sauté the vegetables.

  4. 4

Once the veggies are cooked, add the beef.

  5. 5

After lightly stir-frying the beef, add the konjac rice and stir-fry together.

  6. 6

Add just a little soy sauce and tuna extract to help neutralize the konjac smell. (Be careful not to add too much or it will get salty!)

  7. 7

Add bean sprouts and finish stir-frying. Done!
