Takes a long time, but once you prep the ingredients, it's an easy recipe.
Remove the blood from the meat.
Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Stir-fry the drained meat, carrots, and onions together in oil.
Once they are partially cooked, add all the remaining vegetables to the pot and cook.
Pour in enough water to barely cover the ingredients, then add tomato purée and bay leaves.
Season with salt and pepper, then simmer thoroughly over medium heat.
