Cooking steps
  1. 1

Slice 1 cucumber into small, bite-sized pieces. (Remove some of the seeds if desired. If you prefer the seeds, you can leave them as is.)

  2. 2

Finely chop 1 to 3 cloves of garlic. If you like a crunch, chop them a bit coarser.

  3. 3

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

  4. 4

Place sprouted brown rice konjac rice into a bowl. (If konjac is hard to digest for you, you can use mixed grain rice or white rice instead.)

  5. 5

Top the rice with the sliced cucumber, then tear 2 sheets of unseasoned seaweed and place on top. Add the chicken breast on top.

  6. 6

Mix the seasoning ingredients to make the sauce. Adding natto makes it even tastier!

  7. 7

Pour the sauce over your bowl to finish!
