In a pot, add soy sauce, water, red pepper powder, sugar, cooking wine, minced garlic, and spicy green chili peppers, then bring to a boil.
Once the sauce begins to boil, turn off the heat and let it cool.
Place the cut salmon, onion, and peppers into a container, then pour the cooled sauce over them.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
