250g dried seasoned squid, 60g butter, 1.5 tbsp peanut butter, 1T sugar, two pinches of salt.
Cut the dried seasoned squid into bite-sized pieces.
Soak the squid briefly in water to remove excess salt, then drain well.
Add oil to a pan and stir-fry the squid over low heat.
Mix together gochujang (Korean chili paste), oligosaccharide syrup, sugar, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
Add the sauce to the stir-fried squid, mix well, and continue to stir-fry evenly.
Coarsely crush the peanuts and mix them in.
Finish by drizzling with sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds.
