Stir-fried pork intestines recipe – perfect for when you crave a spicy dish that relieves stress!
Heat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and place the pre-boiled pork intestines in. Grill them thoroughly for 5 minutes until they're golden on the surface.
When the intestines start releasing oil, add minced garlic and green onion. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant to remove any unwanted odors.
Add onion and cabbage, turn the heat to high, and stir-fry quickly until the vegetables soften slightly.
Add the sauce (mixture of gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and pepper), reduce the heat to medium, and coat the intestines to prevent the sauce from burning.
When the sauce is fully absorbed and thickened, turn off the heat. Tear perilla leaves by hand and add them, finishing the dish with residual heat.
